Arrow was founded by Fred J. Cirocki and incorporated in January 1976 in Denver, Colorado, where it still resides today. Fred, who was a metals craftsman par excellence, served as President until 1997. Beginning in 1997 Fred's daughter Susan led the family business as President, though she had been involved with Arrow Sheet Metal for most of her life. Additionally, she served as President for the RMTMA and was involved with the Next Generation Team with the NTMA. Susan was featured in the Vistage International Regional Brochure for Colorado, and was a Vistage member for many years. She was also the 2002 Business Person Of The Year for The West Chamber serving Jefferson County.​ In 2020, Susan passed the reins to long time employee Chad Orenstein who is now the President of Arrow.

​Chad Orenstein – President. Chad has been with Arrow Sheet Metal since 1992 and has worked in many positions in the company including shipping & receiving, fabricator, order entry, purchasing, sales & estimating, engineering & programming and Operations Manager. He was instrumental in implementing ERP software and SolidWorks engineering software at Arrow. His attention to detail and excellent customer service has allowed us to grow organically through customer referrals and word of mouth.

Joe O’Donnell – Quality, Safety and Engineering. Joe has worked for Arrow Sheet Metal since 2002 and has served in several capacities including estimating, safety, QC, engineering & programming. Currently Joe oversees our Quality Control Dept and is our engineer and programmer.

Jerry Overley – Estimating & Customer Relations. Jerry has worked for Arrow Sheet Metal since 2009 and had been in the metal fabrication industry for many years prior to that. He enjoys helping customers meet their goals and he thrives on working through the challenges of sheet metal fabrication.

The management of Arrow Sheet Metal actively supports the on-going implementation and continuous improvements of procedures and processes of the quality program. Our goal is to meet or exceed our customer's requirements and expectations. We can provide Certification of Compliance, Material Certification, First Article Inspection and other similar inspection and documentation requirements. Our Inspection Department includes such equipment as a CMM, digital height gauges, granite inspection tables, hole and thread gauges, calipers, and many other qualified instruments and devices useful in verifying the products we produce.
